CLE Information
MCLE Accreditation will be requested for this program from every state (including California and Pennsylvania) with mandatory continuing legal education (MCLE) requirements for lawyers. Please be aware that each state has its own rules and regulations, including whether it will grant CLE credit for certain topics. Attorneys seeking to obtain MCLE credit in Pennsylvania are required to pay state accreditation fees directly to the Pennsylvania CLE Board (PACLE). Certificates of attendance will be available at the conclusion of the program for both attendees and speakers. You may contact the ABA Service Center toll free at 800-285-2221 or Jody Hanson at 312-988-5644 for confirmation of the number of CLE credit hours requested by the ABA or credit approved by any particular state after April 16, 2007.

Q: What forms do I need to gain credit?
A: A "Uniform Certificate of Attendance" along with a "How to Get the Most MCLE Credit" form will give all processing directions.
Q: Do I have to sign in and out for every session?
A: Unless you are a New York or Delaware attorney, you only need to sign in once for the entire conference.
Q: Can I purchase the program materials?
